Not much I know about this person. Hear is what I know.

She is a telepathic that hangs around in Babylon 5 helping out and also was taken by the Vorlons and from that she heads back to earth. But later returns to Babylon 5 and becomes a rogue telepathic.

But during the film Babylon 5: Thurdspace she gives Sheridan a warning about a device they find in hyperspace.
